Common questions
Do I have to give you my Google password?
No. You add us as a Manager on your profile, which takes about 5 minutes. You stay the owner and can remove our access at any time.
How much of my time does this take?
About an hour in total over the first two weeks: an intake form, adding us as a Manager, sending photos, and approving your profile details. Google may also ask you to record a short verification video.
How long does setup take?
About 1 to 3 weeks for The Kickstart and Local Authority, mostly waiting on Google verification and shipping for your review stand. The Engine takes about 2 to 4 weeks because phone carriers must approve business texting first.
Can you remove bad reviews?
Only Google can remove a review, and only one that breaks its rules, such as a fake review or one from a competitor. We report those and write a calm, professional reply to every other review. For 1- and 2-star reviews, we check the reply with you before posting it.
Do you help with ChatGPT and other AI assistants?
Yes. AI assistants recommend local businesses using the same listings and reviews we manage. Google’s AI answers use your Google profile, ChatGPT relies heavily on Bing and directories like Yelp, and Siri uses Apple Maps. We keep all of them complete and consistent, and monthly clients get a check of what ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity say about them.
Do I need a new phone number for missed-call text-back?
No. Your phone provider forwards unanswered calls to our system, and the number customers call stays the same. The text they receive comes from a different number.
Is this safe for medical, dental and med spa practices?
Yes. Review replies never confirm that someone is a patient or mention treatment details, and we only text patients once a HIPAA business associate agreement is in place.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your profile, photos, posts and reviews. We remove our access and stop the monthly work. Monthly plans need 30 days’ written notice. Yearly plans get a full refund if cancelled in writing within 14 days of purchase.

Do you work in Spanish?
